We excel in approach and strategy

We point efforts directly at the challenges, providing real pathways, true budget costs, living strategies, and predicted results.

We want to show real-world impacts in investments and outputs in education, workforce development, infrastructure development and wealthbuilding, reaching that specific measure of parity.

We have on our team NASA trained data scientists to include Climate justice in the structural equity equation, noting that the effects of climate change, such as extreme weather events, rising sea levels, and changing precipitation patterns, often have a more significant impact on marginalized communities and areas with high poverty rates.

Multi-dimensional Data

Philanthropic organizations funding equity utilize agencies like Policy-Link, which provide one-time-point analyses of city-wide inequities without comprehensive explanations. Our data are visualized, multisystemic, and embed community knowledge.

We optimize the power of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics

We optimize the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Predictive Analytics to recognize unwanted patterns (structural inequities) and develop plans to produce better patterns (equity as parity) with high-performing outcomes (GDP increases). The plan is time-limited, precisely pinpoints affected populations, and accelerates the time required to parity. Regional economic drivers (Oil&Gas companies) and large monetary instruments (Infrastructure bill) are leveraged as resources sparking required investments for a Return on Investment (ROI) in a specified time frame.

Community

Cultivating relationships is paramount to our impact. We actively engage with an array of stakeholders, from grassroots community leaders to influential city council members and large industry leaders.

Close collaboration with community leaders ensures our software aligns with real challenges. Their insights guide development, enhancing community trust. In the New Orleans context, we have been embedded in cultural/musical and activism community providing access to layers of community leadership.

Engaging council members secures support and aligns our strategies with city policies. This ensures successful implementation and adoption. We have worked with the District 9 city councilmember with close ties to the city council president and city mayor.

Partnering with major corporations brings substantial resources for equitable development. Their investments accelerate our impact.

Collaboration with philanthropic groups secures funding and expertise. This strengthens our sustainability and access to grants. We have worked with Kellogg foundation on two equity projects.

Partnerships with universities provide cutting-edge research and expertise. This enhances the scientific foundation of our Dendera software.
